judged third in the Strong Bitter category of the Leyburn Dales
2007 Festival beer competition and Evolution ale was runner up
at the 2007 Wear Valley CAMRA beer festival in Bishop Auckland. |

Increases Capacity to Meet Growth |

Darwin
have recently installed two new fermentation vessels to meet
growing demand for it's bottles and cask products. The two new
FV's will increase the breweries capacity to over 40 barrels per
week. The equivalent of over 11,000 pints of top quality beer
per week! |

Hop Drop wins
Tesco Beer Challenge - Summer 2005 |
|
Darwin Brewery 'Hop Drop' was named the best
summer beer in the 2005 Tesco Beer Challenge blind tasting
test. The win resulted in the beer being stocked in 250 Tesco stores
during 2006. Today Hop Drop is available on draught so
look out for sales in your local outlet.
